    There's a difference between not knowing/understanding and enforcing.

    So why have a stripe do a game, if he doesn't enforce the rules of the game. Seem sort of a wast of money to pay someone to just watch.

    I'll never understand why guys are so selfish on the fast break like that give it up to someone and they have an easy layup. Oblivious it worked out that time but I mean in general .
