Not surprised at all that the game has went the way it has so far. I don't look for much different after the half; the gameplan probably favors Butler more the way it has went. If Butler continues to contain Walker and Lamb the way they have, they may be the champs.

Lamb has to get it going early. Need him to open driving lanes a little for Kemba...

Butler is going to have to get some buckets inside at some point to win this game or get to the line but that won't happen unless they starting getting the ball inside.

^Butler just plain can't get it done in the paint against that length.

And neither could UK. That is why U Conn is in the championship game. Their interior defense is as good as it gets. And if the refs are going to continue to let them play, big trouble for the Bulldogs. The only person getting calls on contested shots is Walker. They blow the whistle for him before he picks up his dribble.

Pretty weak foul there, just another example of Kemba's superstar treatment.

Someone for Butler has to step up and hit the 12-15 foot jump shot. I would spread the offense out a little and try to get Howard or Smith facing the basket. Let them work on the big boys in some open space and see what they can do.

Butler is 7 of 41, shooting 17%, 26 minutes into the game.

Huskies on a 14-1 run. Heck, the way Butler is shooting and getting blocked, this might be a game-clinching run.

I think they've got this. Interior defense too good and Butler is just not shooting well from the outside. It's like the Kentucky game on steroids and speed.

Howard and Smith have got to do it for Butler. One or both of them need to get it going or this game is over.

Awful basketball...early entry (especially 1 and done) is killing college basketball.
