Are you salary or hourly? If it's the latter see if you can't pick up some OT.

It's not much, but I spend about 4 or 5 hours a week selling stuff on e-bay. Low ticket items - pick up box lots at auction with an eye on what I think I can resell at a profit, taking into account the fees involved.

I probably average $30 per week profit - like I said, it's small potatoes right now but it's kind of like getting paid just a little bit for a hobby. Better off if you can specialize in something, find an e-bay niche.

If you're a sports nut, have you thought about freelancing - writing or photography at sports events? Maybe get paid for "fun stuff".

How about working some JR High or below football games, as a ref. They usually play 3 or 4 days a week.

You could also, be on the chain crew for downs, during Varsity games. Take up tickets for your HS team. Depending upon your normal work hours, a weekend job at a grocery, convenient store or merchandise shop, could work.

Become a secret shopper. You get paid to go to stores and then write up a little report about what they're doing right and wrong. It's not a lot of money, but it's some extra change...

Are you handy? A truly reliable handy man is hard to find. You could work Saturdays and make some good money. Believe me, one good referral from a friend and people will be calling.

And before you start your work, get a plan and have everything in writing. I used to do side jobs for people prior to my baby. Now, I'm trying to get back into it. I did a landscaping job a couple months ago. What started out as a one day job turned into a 3 day job as the husband wanted to help, and their plans just kept increasing. Plus, with the way they wanted things done, I didn't want to take credit for it at all.

However, you can make some good side money if you're willing to put in the work. People are so busy anymore, that they don't have the time to do things on their own.

If you have a nice 4 cylinder start delivering pizza, I did it for 3 years and made $12-$15 bucks an hour, and most of it's cash.

Pizza delivery sucks, but works with your available hours and is good $.
Another flexible idea may be to clean a church or a bank in the evenings after business hours.
Mowing yards would work if it would ever rain enough for the grass to grow.

A girl that works next to me and works at a local tavern on Thursday nights. On a bad night she brings home $70.00 in tips, on a good night over $200.00.
