I just checked to latest HRRR model run. For now just a trace of snow until around 9 pm tonight. Then you could have an inch of snow on the ground. The heaviest snow will be after midnight. Hope this helps.

I want to add my thanks! Because of you looking out for us (and me) I have much better info to base !y decisions about driving to the resort or working from home I warned 2 co-workers who live in the Louisvile area about last Friday. One listened to me and stayed home. One went in to work and totaled her car on the way home (she's fine). I just have too far to drive to not appreciate all the info you provide

I go first to nWo’s weather report when checking weather, particularly winter. Also during spring season through the tornado or severe storm threats. He does a darn good job and I appreciate it very much.

High school games all around cancelled for tonight but my son's 4-5th grade game at 8:30 p.m. is still a go. Hardcore!

Here's the latest simulated snow accumulation map from 4 pm ET today to 4 pm ET Tuesday. There is an area along the I-75 corridor from around Madison Co down to the Tennessee Border that now may receive 4-6". This includes Somerset, London, and Corbin.

I'll post an update later this evening.

Wow, that's quite a bit more than the NWS is predicting for Somerset. I won't be mad if we get most of that, however.

When looking at the current radar there is a pretty heavy band of snow heading for that area. I'd imagine that nWo's estimate is likely more accurate than the nws.

@nWo , Any appreciable wind associated with Tuesday's forecast? I know it's going to be cold, but didn't know if we'd have the wind chill like we had a week or so ago.

Windchill factor looks to be around 0 to -5 in the Cincinnati/NKY area by 11 am in the morning. Look for the temps to be around 12. Temps will warm up to the mid to upper teens by early evening with windchills around 5.
