    Flooding potential for the weekend

Heavy rains are on the way for the upcoming weekend. It appears that the remnants of Gordon is taking a more southerly track. This means that parts of Kentucky could receive excessive rainfall that could produce flash floods. Any storms that develop today through Sunday could produce heavy rains. Best chance for prolonged heavier rains for now appear to be north of I-64. Possible 3-4 inches of rainfall accumulation will be possible. South of I-64 1-2 inches will be possible.

I will update later today when I get home from work.
