...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH THURSDAY
    EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

    * Flood Watch for portions south central Kentucky

    * From Wednesday morning through Thursday evening

    * 1.5 to 2 inches on top of saturated soils due to recent heavy
    rainfall. Locally higher amounts possible.

    * Expect rises on smaller creeks, streams, and rivers, especially
those that are still high from recent rainfall. Low-lying areas
will be at risk for flooding as well.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
    current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
