Wild Alaskan salmon, rainbow trout, cod and walleye (which is what people around here at some restaurants call Jack Salmon, I think)

Great list. I've tried swordfish and mahi and they were both excellent. The swordfish was the best. Never tried shark but I would like to.

Champion.....Catfish, but only if from Coe's Steakhouse in Russel County. This little hole in the wall spot has the best I have ever had, it is truely worth the drive.

#2 BASA......a lot like Orange Ruffie....little sweeter and a lot cheaper.
    #3 Crappie

Guy gets into heaven. Sees an old man in a houndstooth hat walking on water. "Is that Bear Bryant?" He asks Saint Peter. "Naw" Pete says, "that's God. He just thinks he's Bear Bryant."

If I'm lucky enough, it's any freshwater game fish that I've just caught. If I'm eating out it's salmon.

Fried catfish with corn bread, soup beans and fries cant be beat if you ask me. Only if you catch the fish yourself though. I don't order fish when I go out to eat unless I am at the beach.

If I am at the beach I love tuna.

For store-bought fish, Talapia is inexpensive and great tasting. And I love broiled Cod or Orange Roughy.
I like Talapia and Cod both Blackend and Grilled.
