    Tim Conway has died

One of the funniest guys I have ever watched, has died at the age of 85.

Tim Conway, Star of The Carol Burnett Show, Dies at 85 Following Battle with Dementia

The beloved actor is best known for his work on The Carol Burnett Show, winning viewers over with characters like the Oldest Man and Mr. Tudball, whose accent he has said was inspired by his Romanian mother. He was known to ad-lib his sketches even surprising his scene partners and won a Golden Globe Award for the series in 1976, along with Emmys in 1973, 1977 and 1978.

I will forever associate him with two sketches in particular...the dentist (with Harvey Korman) and the elephant story (with Carol, Vicki, and Dick Van Dyke).

    RIP Tim

Was discovered by CBS producers for Steve Allen while he was working in local television in Cleveland. Ended up winning multiple Emmys across four decades. You never know where you'll go.

It's a sad day for comedy. He was one of the funniest men to ever be on television. The "Elephant Story" killed me the first time I saw it.

Very sad news. I grew up laughing at his comedy genius on Carol Burnett. Another great one gone.

Funny guy. I got more joy watching my mom laugh uncontrollably at Tom Conway.
