    Nirvana/The James Gang/Walk Away 1971

    I've heard this song many many times,and it has never made me think of Nirvana until I watched this video.
    This video is from 20 years prior to the release of Nevermind...

    I never looked at 90's grunge as being innovative, but more or less resuming where 70's hard rock left off before 80's pop hair metal disrupted the whole scene.

    Not a stretch at all. Although Nirvana was labeled “Alternative”, they were really a power trio. Loved the James Gang, but I wasn’t big on Nirvana.
