He would have had the numbers the whole way and nobody on the Heroes would have been able to get the numbers to get him out. Hell they were too stupid to listen to Sandra to get rid of the most hated player ever much less Boston Rob.
    So. Winning doesn't matter. Noted...

It matters but it’s not everything. To use a football analogy, can Dan Marino not be considered one of the greatest QBs of all time despite not winning a super bowl? There are other factors that matter more to me. I included several players in my list who I feel are better players than people who have won. Russell, Cirie, Ozzie, Rob Cesternino. All of which the case can be made should have won but other factors out of their control prohibited that from happening.

I don't think anyone would say Dan Marino IS the greatest. When you ranked Boston Rob THE GREATEST he had 0 wins....

No Dan Marino isn’t the greatest ever but he also is competing against Brady and Montana for that title both guys who have 5 and 4 Super Bowls respectively. When comparing to guys like Peyton Manning I think Marino is at that level despite not having a ring. There aren’t any clear cut survivor players ahead of the field like Brady and Montana in football so it’s not a perfect comparison.

    It was your analogy.

At the time of Rob's win you had 20 different winners including a two-time winner and a winner that was also a runner-up. You are prepared to call someone that had only been to ONE JURY in three tries the greatest ever. For real???

Yep. No real hesitation about it either. What does your list look like? I’m assuming Sandra and Parvati 1/2 in some order?

Whatever. To me what he did in All Stars outweighs to crappiness that was the entire Marquesas season and the dumbest vote ever cast by Tyson in HvV. I obviously see things differently than you and understand there are some parts of the game that are simply out of players control despite how good they may be at the game.

Then are you going to post your list or just keep criticizing mine?

Just one jury in three seasons isn't good. Definitely not GOAT...

    1. Sandra
    2. Parvati.

    Gap

    3. I'll start thinking about it. There's a couple of one season players I'd have loved to see play one more time.

All Stars outweighs that IMO and I’ve already discussed ad nauseam about how I feel he played in HvV.

Yul Kwon tops that list to me. I think he’s a really good player but I’d like to see him without the stupid idol you could play after the votes were read. That takes all of the strategy out of the idol. I didn’t like it when Tony got it in Cagayan either.

Dude. Ozzie is a terrible Survivor player.

He is great at surviving on an island. But as far as the game of Survivor, I think he could go down as one of the most overrated. Literally no strategic game play in any of the seasons he played.
