    Danzig (self titled first album).

Danzig self titled first album. Released August 30, 1988...
This is a great record. Pure hard rock/blues/Punk.
I'm not a huge danzig fan but I do love this first two albums.
I also really dig the early Misfits stuff.

Danzig falls into one of my top 5 bands of all time, so much that I have a Danzig skull tattooed on my chest.

Saw Danzig open for Dio fronted Sabbath in 92. Danzig drummer Chuck Biscuits was fun to watch.

There seems to be a common vocal thread between Danzig, The Cult, and Jim Morrison.

    Yep...And even Frank Sinatra...

Always considered Jim to be the rock version of Frank.

Unsurprisingly I discovered that Jim has been quoted as saying that Frank was a big influence.
