32TRUE
In no order, Scott Co, Henry Clay, Clark Co, Dunbar, Woodford Co, Lafayette, Lincoln Co, North & South Laurel. M Central . I feel each team can physically play the game, and they are all psychologically prepared to get this season started. Just thinking about last year postseason game is all the psych, any of these teams need.

SLINK
Dunbar just ran into a Henry Clay buzzsaw in the Regional Finals. HC , the next week, drove the ball up and down the field on Trinity, but fumbles three or four times inside the Rocks' 30 yard line, cost them dearly. Scott Co. will be the pre-season favorite in the 4A Lexington District. (R4 D7).
MountainThunder
GRC will be the 4A favorite in R4 D8. They bring back most of their talent and may win the district. New coaches at Whitley & South Laurel, ... lost a lot of talent at Mad Ctrl. The stars are lining up for GRC, it will up to them to take advantage of what they have. Lincoln could be the darkhorse for a playoff spot that nobody is talking about IF Calhoun is 100% recovered from his hip injury from 2005.
pldgreatno2
Dunbar is starting to field some very young talent, which with the new coach the have, can become a very deep and talented group in 2 or 3 more years. The expectations will become greater and greater and the program should blossom. Still has some talent that is being left in the hallways, but the attitude at the school is changing in favor of football again. His(the new head coach) level of discipline and knowledge of the game will restore the filling on man' o war blvd..
sccards60
I think Henry Clay will be very tough again this year. They have a whole lot of speed. 4A District 7 will be tough once again this year.
