Chernobyl - HBO Miniseries

HBO has just launched Chernobyl, a 5-part miniseries about the Russian nuclear power plant catastrophe. The first episode aired Monday night and was very powerful. It already paints a graphic picture of the magnitude of the event and the corresponding atrocities that followed and injustices that occurred.

I saw this while scrolling through HBO last night. I'm going to check it out.

I'll be watching it.

Probably wait till GOT, Billions, Barry, and Knightfall conclude. Then binge watch it.

I’m through episode three. Watching it with my adult kids. They can’t get over the KGB and denial stuff. I told them Welcome to the Soviet Union. :lol2:

I've had the one flagged to listen to once I start watching it.

I am definitely willing to give this a shot, but I am expecting that this is going to further freak out the public about nuclear power. Which is irritating at best, and downright dangerous at worst.
