I don’t know much about the school from TN, but I see nothing but W’s with most being easy ones. The Maroons are a new team on the schedule. When was the last time these teams have played, if ever. I’m assuming it’s the Jay Burgett connection?

The team from Tennessee got beat in the semis last year. They were state champs in 2016 and 2017. We couldn't play Caldwell Co. the last game this year because we are in the same district.

It's difficult to judge TN teams in their classification (Divison II Class AA).

Maxpreps typically seems to over value that division it seems and most of the schools who compete in that division don't seem to play the powerhouses from the next division like MBA, Brentwood Academy, etc. With that said, it is not a bad brand of football by any stretch of the imagination. The best teams dont seem to be real elite, but the worst teams are considerably better than the worst schools you would see in KY 2A.

Typically speaking, the best teams in TN are going to be in the higher classifications of the public schools or the higher classification of Division 2. With that said, it is hard to argue that this team appears to be very stout.

I always like having a comparable team from KY for out of State teams when the higher profile KY teams play them. At first glance this team looks like Louisville Central to me as much as anyone.

I think this will be an excellent game.
