DanvilleFan
Danville needs to find some offensive firepower next season. This past season they lacked the same playmaking abilities as the teams that made deep runs in the state tournament.
ATLCat
Danville needs to find some offensive firepower next season. This past season they lacked the same playmaking abilities as the teams that made deep runs in the state tournament. Nailed it Thornton's drop off statistically speaks volumes to this point. Going from a QB who only threw for around 1500 yards and 13 TD's (with 10 INTs) after one year prior passing for 1000 yards more and 37 TD's with only 5 INT's says all you need to know. The fact the Ads also didnt have a RB with over 400 yards suggests they have a long way to go. Darrian Bell is a nice player to return on Defense but I am not sure I see Danville closing the gap much in 2A.
Statsdontlie
Danville is a year away. They will struggle next year playing a lot of Sophomores and Juniors. Darrian Bell and Seth Gosser will be the senior leaders next year.
Knuckle
They will be young next year. It will be interesting to see how those young guys do with a chance to play. Hopefully they can gain a lot of experience and be ready to go by playoff time.
BEChargers
Bell is a man on defense. Only 9 Sr.'s next year but a ton of Jr's. Might be one of those teams that get better as the season progresses as the young ones get more reps. Early might be rough but have the potential to be a hard out by the end of the season.
