BBN87
Great win Golden Eagles!! Now is time to focus on the tiebreaker with FS next week. Great season Panthers! First region title in school history, nothing at all to hang your heads about.
DevilMayCare
Knox Central found the endzone twice in the second quarter to make a game of it at the intermission. But it was all JC in the second half, as they asserted themselves with 30 unanswered points. They've owned the eastern half of 4A for four years running. JC Alumni 76
Knox Central found the endzone twice in the second quarter to make a game of it at the intermission. But it was all JC in the second half, as they asserted themselves with 30 unanswered points. They've owned the eastern half of 4A for four years running. Knox’s run in the 2nd quarter was assisted by 3 fumbles from JC. Even through that, and an onside kick recovery by Knox’s to start the game, JC lead 29-14. Johnson Central came out more focused and regrouped on the 3rd quarter to put the game away. Still great effort from the Panthers, they just had no consistent answer for JC’s run game, which has gotten progressively better as the season went on.
