Yanks got on top early with a 2-run Judge HR off the A's "opener."

 

Severino has piled up a big pitch count through 4 and had to get out of a bases-loaded jam in the 4th. But he dialed up a 100mph fastball to finish the inning.

 

Does he come back out for the 5th at about 80 pitches?
