Josh Mitchell commits to MIT

Josh Mitchell (Campbell County 2018) committed to MIT this past week to play football for the mighty MIT Engineers.

Mitchell is a 3 year letter winner for the CC Camels as an Offensive and Defensive lineman. Josh showed his flexibility this past season by switching from his Guard position to Tackle on occasions, when injuries sidelined his teammates. Josh was a leader by example in the weight room and on the field. His highlights show his tenacity and play to the whistle mentality which allowed for CC to rush for over 2000 yds this past season.

Josh is a National Merit Finalist and will pursue an Engineering Degree while at MIT. He will be a member of the Army ROTC program, as well as playing for the football team.

Campbell County is super proud of this young man for showing us all what a student athlete truly is!
