Runcible Owl
Former UK and Cov Cath golfer Steve Flesch earned his first Champions Tour victory at the Mitsubishi Electric Classic on Saturday. Flesch was in a three-way tie with Bernhard Langer and Scott Parel after 54 holes. Langer dropped out after the first playoff hole. Flesch then birdied the second at 18 for the win. The win moves Steve into 8th place in the Charles Schwab Cup rankings. Congrats Lefty! jahearme
Good stuff. You could tell it had been awhile since he had done the whole winning thing. He took his hat off before getting his ball out of the hole. It just looked awkward, but who am I to judge a man that just won a Champions Tour event.
