As bad as Philadelphia looked in game one, the Pittsburgh matched the ugliness in game two.

Brain Elliot, who was pulled in the second period of game 1, stopped 34 shots in game two, including a shot by Sidney Crosby on a break away. You knew what kind of night the Pens were having when a frustrated Crosby broke his stick over the Pittsburgh goal at the end of the second period.

The series is tied 1-1 and going to Philly.

Much better effort by the Flyers! Glad to see it! I would love to see them knock the Penguins off, I don't expect it, but it would be great!

Maybe pulling Elliot in game 1 got his head right.
