What a fun game to have watch, as I did online,for free.

Pittsburgh scored 3 in the 13th to win this one.

Back in the ninth both teams scored 4 runs each,with the Tigers getting their four to force extra innings. The Pirates had 17 hits compared to 14 for the Tigers.

Gregory Polanco and Josh Bell each had three hits for the winners.Polanco had the only long ball and he had 4RBI.

For the Tigers,Miguel Cabrera had two hits and two RBI as did James McCann.Dixon Machado had three RBI and two hits.

Steven Brault(1-0) got the win.

Alex Wilson (0-1) took the loss.
