oldgrappler
The NY Jets just traded 3 second round picks to the Colts (2 in 2018, 1 in 2019) to move up from #6 to #4. They called the Browns and wanted to trade to #1. The Browns stayed where they are. Could this mean 3 QBs will go in the top 3 picks? That is a very real possibility leaving Saquon Barkley there for the taking at #4. This draft just got even more interesting.
Jumper_Dad
Browns ending up with Darnold and Barkley would be a great draft for them.
Jim Schue
The Giants could really shake this up right now if they trade out of No. 2. They could make a mint of picks and still get Eli's heir apparent.
oldgrappler
^ That is a very real possibility. The good thing for the Browns is that it doesn't matter what the Giants or any other team does at this point. They get their QB and the best available player at 4... take your pick between Barkley (RB), Minkah Fitzpatrick (DB), or Bradley Chubb (edge rusher). They will get a player that impacts this franchise for a long time at #4, in addition to grabbing a franchise QB at #1. Then they have 3 second round picks awaiting them. This is a GM's dream. I hope they stay at #4, but wouldn't be surprised to see them move down a few spots, get another pick or two, and still get a high impact player. halfback20
I have no clue what the Giants will do. I trust Gettleman though. My hope is the giants take Darnold, Barkley or Rosen in that order.
