Frisch's is one of the best.

The best fish sandwich I ever had was in London while I attended the 2012 Summer Olympics. A little restaurant we popped into for some fish & chips-delicious!

I like Wendy's Cod Fish sandwich & Arby's Nashville Hot Fish on flatbread.

If it is fresh, Long John's fish sandwich is actually pretty good.
