P_G
I’m sure a lot of you saw Steve Kerr and the Warriors go the way of the Cavs and then some Monday night, with Iggy and Draymond doing some coaching during timeouts on the GS bench. Neither was active for the game, which they won by 46 points over the Suns. This isn’t the first time in NBA history, as Russell held the official title in the mid-20th century, and LeBron has done it all for Cleveland since his return. Do we have any thoughts about this relatively rare occurrence, either as it relates to the Warriors specifically, or on a larger scale, what it says about the evolution of the NBA and where it’s heading? Also, who are some player/coaches who had success in their sport?
Mack The Knife
If I’m not mistaken Bob Cousy was Player/Coach for the Royals around 1970..
