Robertson County's Bobo Swanston out 2-3 months

Due to a broken hand suffered against Bracken County. Evidently he fell hard after a Bracken player committed a flagrant foul against him.

All of this per Evan Dennison.

I thought it was only an intentional foul. I saw the ref who made the intial call an intentional but I don’t know what the do for a flagrant. Isn’t the player ejected?

Edit: Just asked our book keeper and he said it was a flagrant. Is there a flagrant 1 or 2 in high school?

That's just awful news for that kid and the team this early in the season or at anytime

Before the game Swantson tweeted saying he couldn’t understand why his hand kept hurting. I think it may have been a reoccurring injury he had before. But I am glad he got it checked out early in the season and will more than likely be back for the postseason.

Just doesn't seem fair for PK and the Black Devils.

Finally put a good ball team together, get teased with a few wins, and then out goes your stud. I really bad for the team and fans of the Devils.
