ETSU is no slouch, but they’re a shell of what they were last season. Only returned 1 starter.

That being said, the Norse looked good. McDonald did his thing and Williams looks like a completely different player. He’s going to have a big year IMO.

Jalen Tate is a difference maker on the defensive end. He’s gonna give a lot of guys fits with his length and athleticism.

ETSU is no push over either. They made the NCAA tourney last year and won 27 games and won the Southern conference regular season and tourney. Nice defense by NKU.

Good win for the Norse but this not the normal ETSU team. I was at the game and talked to a ETSU fan who said they lost a bunch of starters from last year.

NKU did what they should have done. Coach Brannen has a good thing going.

If you’re at more of the games we’ll have to meet up. I’m at them all.

I went and looked up the attendance.

Ubana - 2,500

ETSU - 3,600

Wilmington 2,400

First 3 last year:

Wilmington - 1,700

Earlham - 1,900

North Carolina Central - 2,100

Rome wasn't built in a day, but at least they are getting a little boost from winning the Horizon tourney last year.

Season ticket sales are up 75% this season.

They've also got a ton more sponsorship this year, which helps as well.

With those numbers, why has traffic been a complete train wreck? I don’t think the police are helping much.

Not just 3 JUCO, 1 7-footer from Indiana too. That team might win the southern again and be in the tournament. This was a very impressive win.

Tate back, Garrett looks like a totally different player, and Carson is much more aggressive on offense!

Very excited for the season!
