USF Announcement of IPF

More than an Indoor Practice Facility, today, the University of South Florida unveiled plans for a $40 million Football Center. A prelude to the on campus stadium.

Now Harlan needs to do something with that OOC schedule. It should be loaded with Power 5 teams. Next year, the Bulls host Georgia Tech and play Illinois at Soldier Field, but they need to dump Elon and UMass and replace them with a couple of foes from the SEC, Big 12, or PAC 12.

Florida owes USF another game. It does not have to be in RayJay, though you would think the Gators would spread the love for their Tampa Bay area fans.

Let them take their time. You don't want to do like those guys in Oviedo. They wanted to be first, so they put up a metal building, threw some turf in it, and called that an IPF. I wonder if it is standing up as well as their football stadium. A few months ago, UCF filed a lawsuit against the builder of Spectrum Stadium because it is literally falling a part.
