1. Trinity (3-0) – A 38-30 victory over Moeller rounds out Trinity three games against out of state powers. The Rock's undefeated record against those three solidified Trinity's #1 ranking. This week is certainly not easy as Trinity will face 6A #3 Male High School on Male's home turf in The Game of the Week.

2. St. Xavier (2-0) – The Purples have been a bit of a monkey on X's back over the last few years but the Tigers rolled out of Bowling Green with a victory. This week will be considerably easier as they welcome Fairdale

3. Male (3-0) – The Bulldogs round out the old Big 3 by handedly defeating Doss. Male's toughest opponent of the season will be this week as Trinity visits Male.

4. Christian Academy of Louisville (3-0) – CAL earns another win over a quality opponent in Central Hardin last week. This week is another strong opponent as Elizabethtown High School visits the Centurions.

5. Pleasure Ridge Park (3-0) – PRP earns another victory last week over Eastern. This week competition improves as North Hardin comes to the Panther's home.

6. DeSales (3-0) – DeSales keeps their perfect record by running over their rival Louisville Holy Cross. This week will be a good match up as a solid Fern Creek visits.

7. Central (3-0) – The Yellow Jackets had an outstanding game last week as they beat a good Fern Creek team. This week will be a little easier as Ballard comes to Central

8. Fern Creek (2-1) – Fern Creek losing to a quality opponent like Central is nothing to lose sleep over. Losing 29-0 thought is somewhat concerning. The Tigers visit Butler with hopes of getting back on the wagon

9. South Oldham (1-1) South Oldham was idle last week, this week the Dragons should have an easy time with North Oldham.

10. Bullitt Central (3-0) The Cougars enter the Power Rankings with wins over Louisville Holy Cross, Spencer County and Southern. This week they will have a bye week.

Honorable Mention -

Manual (0-2) – Despite losing back to back, I still believe Manual can beat most of the teams in Louisville and will work its way back into the Power Rankings.

Bulter (2-1) - Butler's sole loss was by one point to DeSales

Teams on the Rise – Central with a great victory over Fern Creek

Teams on the Decline – Fern Creek

Featured Game of the Week – #1 Trinity versus #3 Male
