Good thing is we will find out pretty quickly on one of those.

The one thing I like about them playing so early in the year is that it is a game that won't make or break either team. If they both play well and it is a close game, both teams still have a really good chance at the playoffs! I think both Bama and FSU are playoff teams this year

The Bucks are around where I would have them. Anywhere is the top 5 is fine with me. The only team I would definitively put ahead of them isn't in this poll and that is FSU. I think Bama is going to struggle early and I personally don't see Hurts finishing the year behind center with Tagovailoa sitting behind him. Maybe I'm wrong, but atleast we'll find out super early.

Why would the reigning SEC offensive POY struggle with a year of growth and experience behind him.

Because I think Bama will lose to FSU to start the year, will struggle a bit getting accustomed to a new OC after that, and then the Bama faithful will start calling for Tagovailoa because he's probably better anyways.
