So if I trade and that player is a keeper, it is a 1st round pick forfeit correct. So if I trade my 1t round pick for player B. I must lose the person's I trade with 1st round pick. If I only keep 1 then I assume my regular 2nd round pick unless I include that in the trade.

Each keeper up to 2 players count as your first and/or 2nd round pick depending if you keep anyone.

So if you give up your 3rd round pick for Aj Green and he's your only keeper, he counts as your first round pick. Then you make your 2nd round pick and he gets your 3rd round pick.
