LaVar Ball costs Lonzo Ball $ 10Mil shoe deal

In today’s episode of “As LaVar Ball’s World Turns,” the blowhard father of UCLA guard and likely top-two NBA draft pick Lonzo Ball might have cost his son as much as $20 million before his 25th birthday.

This dude is the worst and I now find myself hoping his kids are bust because of him.

I go the opposite way on this. I'd really like to see Lonzo have a nice career at least. I don't see the other two being hoopers once big brother's fame really takes off.

I won't root against the kid. We don't "pick" who our father will be.

I do find it hard to cheer for daddy, though.

He has three sons that are african american that go to school, make good grades, stay out of trouble, didn't join a gang, work hard every day, and go home to a mom and a dad.

I want the kid to do well and to tell his Dad to get lost.

I don't really think he's going to wind up hurting Lonzo's career and earning potential all that much. I don't believe he's doing his younger sons any favors though.

Just don't see anything special about his game. That shot is broken and way too slow to get off in the NBA. Not may pass first guys in the league. Everyone looking for a scorer.

It says that state of parenting is weak. Especially when less that 50% of kids come from nuclear/traditional families.
