How are they selling after remodel? What is his return on investment? There are a lot of neat, old houses in Bellevue but am curious if the buyers are upscale, young/old, etc. or the same people who already lived in the houses?

Nice neighborhood. The houses on the west side have backyard skyline views through the trees.

He sells them soon has he lists them. He has been buying them anywhere frim $10,000 to $30,000 and turns around and makes $70,000. He is flipping them pretty fast. He has a pretty good crew working for him. He us currently working on 3 historical houses in Newport, Bellevue, and Fort Thomas 3 very expensive houses.

There were a lot of upset folks on that part of town who had views for years until they started developing high rises in the area.
