BGP QOTD: What phrase or widely used term do you hate the most?

I think for me it's basically all corporate jargon. "Synergy" is probably the one that makes me roll my eyes the most at current.

I use "like" way too much. Like I don't even realize I do it until like I've typed a whole comment and I'm like, I just said like again. Like it's so frustrating.
