Thad Moss Leaving NC State

Thad Moss announced Thursday that he will transfer from NC State following the spring semester, taking his career elsewhere after a brief stint in the starting lineup during his freshman season.

Moss, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound tight end, started three games and caught one touchdown pass in 2016, but wrote on Twitter that he needed to leave the Wolfpack to "better my opportunities for the future."

Wow shocked by this. He should have gotten a lot of playing time this season.

Started as a freshman at Boone County. Moved to the Northeast prior to his sophomore season. I believe he finished in Charlotte.

I have a hard time seeing him being allowed to go to another school in the same conference. I wonder if WVU, UC, or even UK would be a possibility?
