Calvary Christian needs a new head coach

If I count correctly, that's the 7th coaching turnover they've had for their boys basketball team since 2000.

Coach Neises is headed across the river to become an assistant at Cincinnati Christian U. Great guy, and a well deserved promo.

I could see a NKY assistant coach getting this job.

Any news on this?

My guess would have been many more than 7 in that time frame.

Really, really sorry to see this.

I was hoping that Coach Neises would make a long-term commitment to the program and give these kids a chance to be eventually competitive, or at least, be the best that they can be.

Here's hoping that someone who knows the game and is willing to do what it takes to allow them to do there best will take the job.

Heard they were interviewing Dale Brown who left Eminence. But that was a month ago.

There were a few that interviewed then... a couple have withdrawn their names since.

Alex Grant who coached at Heritage would be a fabulous choice.

This is a tough job to fill. The additional expectations may lead some potential coaches away from this job. Nothing against the expectations at all, just not the flavor that most are likely interested in .
