When the patrons at Rick's Cafe start singing "La Marseillaise" and drown out the German officers. When the camera cuts to Madeleine LeBeau and she has tears rolling down her face as she belts it at the top of her lungs... I lose it every time. Instant goosebumps.

Here are ones off the top of my head:

"Its not your fault" - Good Will Hunting

"You cant handle the truth" - A Few Good Men

"John Doe has the upper hand" - SE7EN

"And like that, he's gone" - Usual Suspects

Great call out there, that movie is very under appreciated for some reason.

One of the first ones that comes to mind with me is the scene at Omaha Beach that begins Saving Private Ryan.

For me it's the scene before that, when Ryan (as an old man) collapses at the grave site. And equally as powerful is the very end, when he tells Capt. Miller that he's never forgotten the words "earn this".
