Severe Thunderstorm WARNING NKY

Those along the Ohio River could see some strong to severe storms later this evening. Be alert during the 8 pm-12am ET time slot. I'll try to post an update after I get home from work.

It's the second line that needs to be watched.

It was bad at 6am. It's frickin' brutal now, and the worst is yet to come. Driving on I74 across the Sherman Minton and heading into Louisville was a fight to stay in my lane. Got off at 9th thinking it would be better on the surface streets and I was wong. BUT...it's not snow, so I am not going to complain.

A thunderstorm with a severe warning is in Indiana heading eastward at 50 mph this system may reach Cincinnati/NKY between the 9-10 pm ET time slot. For now it appears the strength will diminish so it may not be severe by the time it reaches that area.
