The school where I graduated, Owsley County, has a small enrollment. In most years it's around 220. But I can't ever remember a year where they went winless. This year has been rough so far, though. Won 1 game to this point, over Jenkins. I think they're playing a couple of 8th graders quite a lot, which is common in small schools.

That's rough for a couple years, but it's fun to watch them progress.

I'd like to see Heritage and Piarist play each other. They need to make it happen.

Well what do you know. The very first opportunity Piarist School got to get themselves off of this list they immediately turn around and give a good old spanking to Riverside Christian by beating them 54-40.

Two teams will be falling off of this list within the next week or two. I don't see the other winless teams winning their next games. Spencer-Silver Grove and Shawnee-South Oldham will be very ugly.

Metcalfe County also remained winless by losing to Green County 71-39 in the same Campbellsville High School Holiday Classic.

Betsy Layne will face Metcalfe County in the Campbellsville High School Holiday Classic on Dec. 29th @ 5:30.

Thomas Nelson remained winless by losing to Grayson County 43-29 in the Magnolia Bank Holiday Classic.

Shawnee remained winless by losing to Atherton 79-53 in the Mitchell F Irvin Classic.
