Wayne County enters off an impressive 55-0 pasting of fringe 5A team North Laurel, while Perry County Central brings a spotless record and healthy 49 PPG average into the contest. Last season the Cardinals knocked off PCC 56-8 at home, starting what would become an 8 game losing streak for the Commodores. What does the 2016 matchup hold for us?
