It was the "tale of two halves" tonight up on the "hill", as the Breds win by 23, 68-45. NewCath's 2nd half point total (47) was more than the Cru's 4 quarters combined (45).

In the 1st half again tonight, the Breds could not find their range, as the outside shots just were not falling and the zone defense was not working whatsoever. St. Henry was getting many easy looks and taking advantage. NewCath gets 5 quick points with under 30 ticks on the clock before the half to pull within 4, the final 3pts. coming on a Lexy Breen triple from the corner with 2 seconds.

The 2nd half the Breds return to the full court press and by the middle of the 3rd they grab the lead, and then put the "hammer down", as they force turnovers and get multiple steals to eventually run away with the victory.

Question- did the Rice girl play Varsity over at Ryle last year?
