Recommended Posts

1.Mason County (4-0):

Mason County continues to show and prove that they are the team to beat in the 10th region this season, adding two more blowout wins to their win column, with one of them being against a top 10 team in Bracken County. This week and next week will get a little tougher for the Lady Royals as they will face Lewis County, Western Brown OH and then make their way to Lexington Catholic High School for the Traditional Bank Classic where they will meet Breckinridge County to begin the tournament.

2.Campbell County (3-1):

The Lady Camels added two more wins to the win column last week with wins over Cooper, Notre dame and Conner. All three were close, as in, 5 points or less. Campbell County is still getting good production from senior Taylor Jolly and sophomore Taylor Clos who are averaging right at 13 points per game.

3.Scott (4-2):

Scott continued making a statement that they belong in the 10th region as they defeated Bourbon County, Boone County and Montgomery County. The Lady Eagles will now prepare to face Newport Central Catholic before heading to Owensboro to participate in the Owensboro Invitational Tournament.

4.George Rogers Clark (4-0):

The Lady Cardinals are hot and continued their winning ways this past week with solid wins over Boyle County and Madison Southern. Senior guard Sidney Anderson continues lighting up the scoreboard as she’s now averaging right at 15 points a game for the Lady Cardinals.

5.Bracken County (4-2):

The Lady Bears started the season off good but got demolished by #1 Mason County 71-35 on their own home floor on Wednesday night then followed that up with another loss to St. Henry, 43-40. It doesn’t get any easier this week for Bracken as they prepare to face #2 Campbell County on Wednesday.

6.Montgomery County (2-4):

After a rough start to open the season, the Lady Indians finally got wins put on the board as they defeated district rival Paris 72-51 and 10th region rival, Bishop Brossart 65-56 but that would be it as they would fall in their very next game to Scott 60-54. Lady Indians will face another district foe this week in Bourbon County then go on to face #2 Campbell County.

7.Bishop Brossart (3-2):

After winning their first two games to open the season, the Lady Stangs’ dropped their next two to come to an even .500 on the season but that would soon break as Brossart would upend Lewis County 59-38 to push them a game over .500.

8.Bourbon County (2-3):

After winning the opening game to begin season, the Lady Colonels dropped 3 straight before picking up their 2nd win over Paris. Bourbon County will head to Mt. Sterling this week to face Montgomery County before heading to Johnson Central to participate in the Country Music Highway Classic.

9.Harrison County (2-5):

Harrison County started the season off miserably 0-3 before they got their first win, they would follow that win up with another win but that would be it as they would lose their next two games after that to Nicholas County and Dixie Heights.

10.Pendleton County (1-3):

Starting the season off 1-0 was a good sign for the Lady Cats but losing the next three straight turned into a nightmare for Pendleton County.

11.Nicholas County (1-3):

After starting the season off 0-3 the Lady Jackets finally got win #1.

12.St. Patrick (4-4):

St. Patrick has got off to a good start this year and will look to continue this throughout the season. This week will be tough though as Paris, Augusta, Brown await the Lady Saints.

13.Paris (2-3):

Paris has been hammered by their competition this year and it won’t get any easier.

14.Robertson County (1-4):
