First 13th Region loss for Clay County.

Knox is 14-11 but 8-2 vs the 13th. They've played close vs some good teams.

The Panthers have hit the injury bug hard so far this season . Any word on Marsee?

I think Knox Central is just now back to full strength. I'm thinking that both Adams and Marsee were going to miss some time, but that Marsee is finally back, as is Adams, so the Panthers are just getting to full strength.

Tough night for Clay County. They trailed most of the game and Blake Smith was in foul trouble for a large part of the night and fouled out. Clay County's Trey Farmer went down tonight late and didn't return to the game after a hard foul as well.

One of those nights where you give credit to Knox Central for playing well and look for things to improve on if you are Clay County. I'm from the school that no loss is a good loss, but you can learn and get better from them.
