Grant County 77 Pendleton County 75

Final per the Scoreboard. Grant has a decent team; I don't believe much in moral victories but this is a good showing for Pendleton.

Pendleton trailed throughout the game and generally in the second half in the 15-16 point range. The Wildcats kept clawing back to single digits and Grant would rebuild the lead. Some timely threes by Pendleton and a few missed free throws by Grant allowed Pendleton to cut the final margin to two. Grant County has two really fine players in Adkins and Saylor. They had 30 of the 37 points at the half. Adkins must have finished with 40+. Lea and Wood had really good games for Pendleton.
