Just confirmed on Twitter, Cardinals OF phenom Oscar Taveras was killed in a car wreck today.

Floored me as well. Watching the cardinals on a daily basis you could see the enormous potential he had and the big personality he brought to the team.

Been watching and waiting for Oscar to come to the show since he was 18. I'm not sure I've ever been more excited for a game in the middle of the summer than I was watching him in his second professional AB go yard. My dad and I just went nuts..
