We want to focus on the top ten but we have Danville ranked 12th to start the season.

And I don't remember them being in any top 10 rankings in October. Looks like their name will no longer garner them preseason respect.

In my mind I am trending Middlesboro down and Pburg up. I would personally probably flip the two teams.

Pburg advanced to the Regional Finals whereas Mboro exited in the 2nd Round. Pburg returns essentially their entire team...I think 8 or 9 starters both ways including their star dual threat QB, their dual threat RB, and their dual threat WR (see a theme?) The Blackcats played a tough schedule but peaked at the right time and had Somerset on the ropes.

MIddlesboro graduated several key linemen, they had a crazy turn of events causing their coach to depart, and along with it a two way starter and one of their top players.

Not sure about Murray at #4, they have a new coach, bout 6 to 8 on them is my guess.

P'burg maybe a little low (I could see them as high as #4). The opener @ Pikeville should be a very good game. Pikeville won last yr at P'burg and both teams have plenty of talent returning.

Did no one in the top 10 of 2A want to open at home ?? lol . 8 of the top 10 open on the road.

Somerset is just terribly young but I don't know that that this year's record will indicate what kind of team they will have. They will e ok come postseason barring any significant injuries. They have some good speed but not the size that some of the teams they will face. 10? Maybe too high like Jumper_Dad said.

Top 3 look solid. I think 4-8 are all interchangeable.
