I gotta go to work
Brian Kirk replaces Don Irvine at Burgin who retired. Brian is a 2004 graduate of Augusta where he is the schools all time leading scorer. He played his college ball at Union College, and was an Assistant coach Knox Central the last couple seasons. Irvine was Kirk's freshman coach at Augusta back in 2001 when they won the 39th Distict and 10th Region freshman championships.

My son will be a 7th grader at Burgin next year. I'm certain I'll meet him at some point in the future.
gchs_uk9
Any relation to former Henry Clay/Sayre coach Gene Kirk?
Mustang
Brian Kirk was an outstanding player for Augusta during his career. He is a very nice young man who should do an excellent job at Burgin, seeing how he is a product of a small school. COngratulations and best wishes!!!
