Lawrence County improves to 12-7 with win over Paintsville Teams got to play one, maybe two games while some didn’t get to play at all due to bad weather, Lawrence County was able to get one game in. They welcomed Paintsville into the Dawg House on Monday. The Dawg House was too tough for the Tigers as Lawrence County would prevail 64-56. In a week where many schools struggled to play once, the 'Stangs took the floor twice & won both times. Wednesday night saw Brossart do what we all expected, which was complete its domination of the Class "A" Regional Tournament. By Getslow - Players of the Week Colin Ferguson, Kentucky Country Day Ferguson had an outstanding showing in KCD’s victory in the first round of the Louisville Invitational Tournament this week, scoring 21 points, including three three-pointers and making 10 of 10 free throws in the Bearcats’ upset of Butler. The field includes Bethlehem, Campbellsville, Caverna, Fort Knox, Green County, and Washington County.
