I have high hopes for this one. I'll take Velasquez by TKO.

I just can't see Dos Santos getting KO'd by Velasquez. Dos Santos is the superior striker IMO. I could see Velasquez trying to take him down and winning it that way, but I'm gonna go with Dos Santos by KO, round 2.

I cant wait, gonna be an awesome fight. I think these two are very evenly matched and wouldnt be surprised if this one goes the distance. I'll take Cain but its a tough one to call.

Man I tell yeah JDS might be the champ for a long time. Overeem due to his striking might be the guy who matches up best with him.

Looks like I had everything right except the round.

I wonder if they regret making it a one event debut for fox, because that was a bit of a let down.

Big mistake by FOX only making it one fight. Too lazy to get into why, but most probably know. Might tomorrow if I feel like it.

Fox clearly doesn't understand the sport. How much did they pay for the rights?

Anyway to watch the prelims? Would like to see the Ben Henderson fight.

I sort of felt like HB. The unknown for me was whether Cain could take Dos Santos down. I felt pretty good about JDS's chances if he could keep it standing. I didn't think it was out of the realm of possibility that Cain could beat him in the stand up, but from what I've seen, the advantage was to Dos Santos in that realm. He's a better boxer, but more noteworthy to me was two things: 1) Cain is easier to hit than Dos Santos and 2) he's been rocked on 2 or 3 previous occasions. Dos Santos doesn't get hit much and I've never seen him hurt.
The one thing I felt certain of was that this fight would end early. I would have been surprised to see it go 2 full rounds.
That said, I wouldn't count Velasquez out in a rematch. I suspect he'll come with a more aggressive wrestling plan next time. Either way, I don't see anyone else beating either of these guys in the HW division. Dos Santos would destroy Overeem. But, I doubt we'll ever see that matchup because I don't think he can beat Brock. I think Overeem could be the most overrated fighter on the planet.
