I don't follow golf at all, probably watched 20 minutes total in 2017. However if Tiger is playing well I will watch a fair amount of the Masters.

While waiting on the NCAA selection last night, I peeked my head into the other room to see how he was doing. First time I have watched golf in a long time. Like him or not, he is good for the game.

The most encouraging thing I take from the weekend, was from Roger Maltbie who said watching Tiger play, he could see that he was hitting all types of shots. Said that he was "playing golf, not playing a swing". I just hope his back can continue to hold up.

Wow, that is crazy...the Valspar final round had higher ratings that 3 majors last year. If Tiger is in the hunt, the Masters' ratings has to go over 10 this year, right??

Tiger is off to a good start this week. Shot a 68, 4 under par at the Arnold Palmer. Sunk a 71' putt as well.

My days are all starting to run together. Does this make three straight Sundays he’s been in the hunt?

Ratings for Arnold's tournament this year up 136% over last year. Competitive with the NCAA tourney during the same time slot.

People may watch to see him succeed or they may watch to see him stumble.

    But they watch.

I watch golf either way but there is definitely something different to it when he is playing.
