Will Mayweather step up to the plate and fight Pacquio? Manny just destroyed Cotto. Destroyed. Mayweather Pacq is the biggest money fight of all time.

I hope so, I would love to see this fight, and I agree, it would probably be the biggest money fight of all time.

Did anyone watch the fight last night? I can't believe this thread isn't getting any more hits. Judging from BGP, one would think boxing is on it's last limbs, but it regularly brings in the big bucks.

The fight was kind of boring. Boxing has a chance to regain all the attention if Mayweathter fights Pacq. Moseley winning his fight would be big too. He should get the winner of that fight. There will eventually be too much money for Mayweather to turn down.

Boring? Most everyone that reported the fight was talking about how exciting it was.

I didn't think so at all. After the second round Cotto never could stop Pacq. The outcome was never in question. It was so one sided that Cotto's wife left the arena and his corner asked him to quit. Manny is fun to watch, but I want to see him challenged.

I hope his next fight is against Floyd, but I have my doubts. They may fight eventually, but I don't think it'll be anytime soon. I don't think Floyd wants any part of him.

Very true....but a fight between Paq and Mayweather will certainly breathe some life into the sport.
Later.

They keep saying that, but sales are still up big time according to most reports I've read. I have little interest in it, but apparently some people do.
Would LeBron go back to the Cavs?
